The 2026 MLB playoffs begin Tuesday, Sept. 29, and culminate with the World Series on FOX. Postseason coverage will air across NBC, FOX, FS1 and TBS, with streaming availability varying by round. Here is how to watch every stage of the 2026 MLB postseason.

Fans can stream postseason games through services that carry the scheduled broadcast network. FOX and FS1 postseason coverage, including every World Series game, is available with FOX One. FOX games are also available on FOXSports.com and the FOX Sports App with an eligible TV provider login.
NBC postseason coverage is also available through Peacock. Availability for games on TBS depends on the viewer’s television or streaming package.
The Wild Card Series begins Tuesday, Sept. 29. The Division Series begin Saturday, Oct. 3, followed by the League Championship Series beginning Sunday, Oct. 11. The World Series begins Friday, Oct. 23.
Game 1 of the 2026 World Series is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 23. If the best-of-seven series goes the distance, Game 7 is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 31. Every World Series game will air on FOX and stream with FOX One.
Twelve teams qualify for the postseason: six from the American League and six from the National League. The two highest-seeded division winners in each league receive first-round byes. The remaining teams play best-of-three Wild Card Series, with every game hosted by the higher seed.
The Division Series are best-of-five. The League Championship Series and World Series are best-of-seven.
